OLIVIA BOHRER - REPORTER
1. What is your favorite color and favorite food?
Answer: My favorite color is purple and my favorite food would have to be mac & cheese, chicken, and anything with ranch.
2. What are some of your hobbies/other organizations you are apart of?
Answer: I am also in 4-H and Student Council. I enjoy showing at jackpots with my show pigs that we raise and showing market steers at our county fair.
3. What is your favorite thing about FFA?
Answer: My favorite thing about FFA is the many great memories you gain from the people you get to interact with. Those memories will stay with you for a lifetime and shape the person that you are.
4. What is one thing you want people to know about you?
Answer: I want people to know that I am always eager to talk to people and more than willing to lend a helping hand to any and everyone.
5. What is one completely random fact about you?
Answer: I am very competitive and have a high drive to succeed.
6. How has FFA made you a better person in general? What has FFA taught you?
Answer: FFA has taught me to interact with others and has taught me a great deal about the agriculture industry.
7. What is your life motto?
Answer: Everything happens for a reason.
8. What is one thing no one knows about you?
Answer: Something no one knows about me is that I like to go hiking sometimes.
9. What are your plans after high school?
Answer: I am still undecided whether I will go to college or not however I want to return to my family's cow/calf operation and poultry farm to manage and hopefully expand. I also have recently gained an interest in the "new hit" in the showstock industry- Magnawave. This is a form of electromagnetic pulses that serves as a form of physical therapy for livestock. I would save money to recieve my PEMF certification. I also would like to continue working for TPM Genetics and continue to build the generations after me in the stock show industry. I also have an interest in being a feed sales rep for large feed companies such as Sunglo, Lindners, & ShowRite where I would sell feed and supplements to local kids as an extra cash income on the side of everything else. I for sure like to be involved in many different things.
10. What would you tell younger kids about FFA? Why should they join?
Answer: I would highly encourage younger kids to join this organization even if they don't come from a agriculture background because you obtain many more valuable skills such as public speaking and other life skills.
